The Universe brought us Magic when it brought the members of Fleetwood Mac together. The music that was created by these five people will forever be untouchable and undeniably timeless. They poured their souls and personal lives into their music, and fused their talents, accomplishing extraordinary results.
The beginnings and formation of the various versions of Fleetwood Mac are complicated. I suggest referring to the Wiki-Smart link above for detailed information. For the purposes of this blog, I will be discussing Fleetwood Mac in what I consider their greatest creative form, from about 1975(with the addition of Buckingham-Nicks) through 1998ish(with the absence of Christie McVie).
The five essential members include:
Mick Fleetwood - Drums, Percussion
John McVie - Bass
Christie McVie - Keyboard, Vocals
Stevie Nicks - Vocals
Lindsey Buckingham - Guitar, Vocals
Any band that comes together to produce such a unique Rock n Roll sound deserves to be celebrated. Time may pass, but music like this is ageless and sounds just as good...if not better than when it was originally released. If you know what I'm talking about than don't keep it to yourself...PASS IT ON so that the new souls of the world will be enlightened too! It's the right thing to do with the gift of Great Music.
